The Role of Flex Houseparents
Flex houseparents are couples who reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a small group of students. They provide a consistent family-like structure, handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, and serve as mentors and role models for their students.
What You'll Receive
- A salary of $43,825 per person, making a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple
