Milton Hershey School is a world-class private school that provides an exceptional career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to become part of our team as residential youth mentors.
In this role, you will provide a supportive care environment for students, guiding and mentoring them in residential settings. You will work together to foster academic and personal growth among 8-12 students, handling various responsibilities including transportation and health management.

Your schedule will consist of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. You will also receive three-week paid summer vacation.
To be eligible for this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
