The Role
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will play a critical role in providing a supportive and stable family environment for students. You will be responsible for providing a family-like structure, driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth.
- Must be a legally married couple for at least two years.
- Both spouses must be at least 27 years old.
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

- Salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple).
