Job Description
The Residential Youth Caregiver role at Milton Hershey School involves married couples serving as Flex Houseparents for students. This position requires nurturing guidance in a family-like environment, managing responsibilities such as medication administration and transportation.
Candidates must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited).
Salary and Benefits
