As Flex Houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing groups of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure, handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc., and lead daily devotions in line with the school's values.
