Milton Hershey School provides a unique opportunity for couples to make a difference in the lives of students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As flex houseparents, you will live on-campus and work together to create a nurturing environment for your assigned students.
Your Role
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for providing a consistent family-like structure for your students. This includes handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also be expected to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
