As a flex houseparent at MHS, you will be part of a team that guides and nurtures a group of 8-12 students in a family-like environment. Your responsibilities will include administering medication, budgeting, and transporting students, as well as providing spiritual guidance and adhering to campus policies.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with youth, strong integrity, and be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
