Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Houseparents. In this unique career path, you will guide and nurture a group of students in a supportive family structure. As Houseparents, you will be responsible for daily activities, administration of care, and providing a stable home environment. This role requires experience working with youth, commitment, and a legal marriage of at least two years.

You will also need a valid driver's license and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans. Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
