The Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. In this role, you will live on-campus and provide guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will be responsible for daily activities, medication administration, and creating a family-like environment. You will undergo extensive training and receive comprehensive benefits, including a salary of approximately $150,000 for couples, free housing, and paid time off.
We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
