As a key part of our residential education program, you will provide guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Your role will involve creating a family-like structure, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting. - Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and meet physical demands of the position
- High school diploma or GED required
