What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples Guidance Team Members position at Milton Hershey School?
At Milton Hershey School, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking residential mentors who can provide a supportive environment for our students.
As a couple, you will live on campus and work together to guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students. Responsibilities include providing daily care, managing student homes, and facilitating daily devotions.
We are looking for couples who have experience working with youth and are committed to creating a positive impact in the lives of our students. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
