About the Job
As a flex houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our students. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a nurturing environment for a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will work closely with your partner to create a family-like atmosphere, handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
You will be part of a dedicated team that strives to make a positive impact on the lives of our students. In addition to the competitive compensation package, you will receive relocation assistance and paid training. Your schedule will consist of nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time included while students are at school. A three-week paid summer vacation is also included.
