Milton Hershey School is one of the world's best private schools, where students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds receive an exceptional education with housing, meals, and more – all costs covered. We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
We offer a range of benefits, including a salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive health insurance, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings. Relocation assistance and paid training are also provided.
Our houseparents enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with personal time while students are at school. They also receive free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
