Milton Hershey School is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking a married couple to join our team as Houseparents, Full-Time, where they will provide daily care, guidance, and support to a group of 8-12 students.

Responsibilities
As Houseparents, you will be responsible for creating a family-like atmosphere in the student home, guiding students in their daily lives, and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
You will work closely with the school's administration and staff to provide a supportive environment that promotes academic success, personal growth, and spiritual development.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
You should be a legally married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
You must abide by the school's smoke-free and weapon-free campus policies and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
