We are seeking married couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a Flex Houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students in our on-campus student homes. Your role will involve providing a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $43,825 per person, a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must be a married couple who has been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
