Job Summary
We are seeking married couples to join our team as Family Guidance Team Members. In this unique role, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide guidance and nurturing to groups of approximately 8-12 students. You will be responsible for creating a family-like structure and handling various responsibilities such as driving, medication administration, budgeting, and reporting.
Salary
The total compensation package for this position includes a salary of $43,825 per person, which translates to approximately $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
