This is a unique opportunity for a couple to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our students. As House Parents, you will be responsible for providing emotional support, guidance, and discipline to our students, while also promoting their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and guidance to students
- Lead daily devotions and participate in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Assist with homework and other academic tasks
- Encourage students to develop good habits and values
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Couples must have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
