What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples in Education Leadership position at Milton Hershey School?
We are looking for compassionate and experienced couples to join our team as Houseparents. As Houseparents, you will be responsible for creating a supportive home environment for our students, fostering their emotional and academic growth. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure the well-being of our students.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote student success
- Provide guidance and support to students in areas such as academics, personal development, and social skills
- Maintain open communication with other staff members to ensure cohesive support for students
In addition to your passion for working with youth, we require that both spouses be at least 27 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license and ability to drive student home vans are also necessary.
