What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples in Education position at Milton Hershey School?
At Milton Hershey School, we are committed to providing students with a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment that fosters their academic, emotional, and social growth. As a House Parent, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal by providing a family-like environment for students in our residential setting.
The ideal candidate couple should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and they should be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
As part of our team, you will receive competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a unique opportunity to make a difference in students' lives. You will also have the chance to work with a dedicated team and contribute to the education and development of students in pre-K through 12th grade.
Our school was founded by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909, and we continue their legacy of providing resources and support to both students and staff.
