Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to live on-campus and provide care and support to students from underprivileged backgrounds. As Flex Houseparents, they will guide and nurture a group of 8-12 students, creating a family-like structure and handling various responsibilities such as driving and budgeting.
Candidates must be experienced in working with youth, have strong integrity, and be committed to providing a supportive environment for students. Both spouses should have a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's licenses, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
