This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. The package also includes comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Couples will enjoy a unique work schedule, with nine days on followed by three days off, allowing for a balance between work and personal life.
