We are seeking married couples to become part of our team as Youth Development Specialists. In this role, you will work closely with other staff members to provide a supportive family-like environment for students. Your responsibilities will include guiding students, administering daily activities, and maintaining a nurturing atmosphere.

- Competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package approx. $150,000 per couple)
