Job Requirements
As a flex houseparent, you will play a critical role in providing a family-like environment for our students. You will be responsible for:
- Driving students to appointments and activities
- Administering medication as needed
- Budgeting and managing household expenses
- Reporting any issues or concerns to our management team
- Providing guidance and support to our students
