Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as House Parents in our on-campus student homes. As a House Parent, you and your spouse will provide a family-like structure for 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
- Reside with students in one of our on-campus student homes
- Provide daily guidance and support to students
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting

Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
