We are seeking dedicated and compassionate couples to join our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School.
About the Role
In this rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. As a flex houseparent, you will live on-campus and work closely with a group of 8-12 students, providing guidance, support, and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Reside on-campus and provide a stable, family-like environment for students
- Develop and maintain relationships with students, encouraging their growth and development
- Assist with daily tasks, including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
- Participate in daily devotions and chapel services
Requirements
- Two years of marriage and both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
