Job Overview:
As a houseparent couple, you will reside in an on-campus student home and guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.

- A competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

Requirements:
- Couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans

- High school diploma or GED required
