Couples in Residence for Student Support

Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents, providing a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

As Flex Houseparents, couples will reside on-campus and play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal growth of our students. This role requires experience working with youth, a commitment to creating a supportive living environment, and the ability to navigate the complexities of a residential setting.

Benefits and Requirements

• Competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package approx. $150,000 per couple)
