Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing home environment for 8-12 students. This will involve managing household budgets, driving students, and administering medication. You and your spouse will work together to provide guidance and support to students, handling responsibilities like reporting and student support. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application, and you must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students.
