Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in on-campus student homes, providing a consistent family-like structure for students.
Responsibilities
- Leading students in daily devotions
- Taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
