Key Responsibilities
As a flex houseparent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing a family-like environment and nurturing students
- Handling daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth
- Working together with other staff members to promote the well-being and development of students
Couples will also be expected to complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
