We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, residing on campus and guiding a group of students in a family-like environment.
The successful candidates will provide a nurturing atmosphere, overseeing daily activities, administering medication, driving, and handling household responsibilities while facilitating personal growth and education. This role requires a high degree of integrity, as all staff members serve as role models for the students.
