What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples in Student Care position at Milton Hershey School?
To be eligible for this role, you must be a married couple who has been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
You should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited).
Additionally, you must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be willing to abide by our smoke-free and weapon-free campus policies. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
