As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will be responsible for creating a family-like atmosphere in your student home, where students can feel safe and supported.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members. Experience working with youth, particularly from under-served backgrounds, is highly valued.
