As a Flex Houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure for them.
You will handle various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. When initially hired, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
