About the Role
Couples will work together to guide approximately 8-12 students, managing responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting. Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to students in their daily lives
- Manage student transportation and other responsibilities
- Budget and manage household expenses
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure students receive a high-quality education and care
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
