We are seeking married couples to become part of our team as flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing students, providing a family-like environment, and managing household tasks.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a flex houseparent will include driving students, administering medication, and managing household tasks. You will also be required to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are essential requirements.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be legally married for at least two years, with both spouses being age 27 or older. You must also be comfortable living on campus with students and adhering to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
