What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Caregiver Role for Married Couples position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. This unique opportunity allows you to provide a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings. We require both spouses to be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. They should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license.
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will work closely with other staff members to ensure students receive a family-like structure. You will be responsible for offering guidance, administering medication, and ensuring students are safe and healthy.
