Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Job Description
Couples will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Responsibilities include daily care, driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and leading students in daily devotions. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Abiding by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, as well as limitations on pets, is also essential.
