Job Description
As Flex Houseparents, you will reside on campus and provide guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your role will involve creating a nurturing family-like environment, handling responsibilities such as driving, medication administration, and budgeting. You will also be expected to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. It's essential to note that proselytizing is prohibited.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. As a couple, you should have been legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older. You should also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Additionally, you must have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans.
