We are seeking experienced couples to join our team as houseparents. As a houseparent, you will play a vital role in providing a family-like environment for students and guiding them in their academic and personal development. The successful candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and will be committed to creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements
- Couples must have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lead students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
