The Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as full-time houseparents, providing a family-like environment for students. As couples youth care providers, they will guide and nurture students while managing daily tasks such as budgeting and medication administration.
Responsibilities
- Providing a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Couples will reside in on-campus student homes and be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. They will also cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
