We are looking for dedicated couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a Flex Houseparent, you will provide guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds, helping them to reach their full potential.
About the Role
- Reside in on-campus student homes with a group of approximately 8-12 students
- Provide daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
