In this unique role, you will reside on campus and serve as flex houseparents for a group of 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include providing a nurturing family-like structure, handling daily care and activities, and ensuring the overall well-being of the students.
About the Role
This position requires experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. As a couple, you will be responsible for leading daily devotions, taking students to Sunday chapel services, and adhering to campus regulations. You will also need to manage student homes, including transportation, medication administration, and budgeting.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. You will also enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, be legally married for at least two years, and both spouses should be age 27 or older. Additionally, you will need to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, limit your pets, and possess a valid driver's license.
