Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to fill a unique role as residential advisors in our student homes. As part of our team, you will provide a supportive and loving environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The ideal candidate couple will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and limit pets to fish and one dog of approved breeds.
We offer a competitive salary package of $43,825 per person, a comprehensive benefits plan, relocation assistance, and paid training. You will enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with three weeks paid summer vacation.
