At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking experienced couples to join our team as House Parents. This unique opportunity allows you to provide a nurturing family environment for 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The role involves guiding and supporting students in their daily lives, administering care, budgeting, and overseeing daily activities. You will be part of a team that provides comprehensive support to students, including academic, emotional, and physical well-being.
This position requires a high degree of integrity, as you will serve as role models for our students. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license. Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a total compensation of approximately $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
