Nurturing Family Home Coordinators play a vital role in the success of Milton Hershey School's residential program. As part of our team, you will work with a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing guidance, support, and care to help them thrive academically and personally.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and support to students
- Manage household tasks and maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Develop and implement activities to promote student engagement and well-being
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
