At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking experienced couples to join our team as Couples Nurturing Coordinators. As part of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a family-like environment for students in our care. Your role will involve managing daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and fostering a nurturing atmosphere.
This unique opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students while working with your partner. We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Our flexible schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
