What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples Required for Student Support position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School's Flex Houseparent program is designed to provide a stable and loving family environment for our students. As a Flex Houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and have excellent communication and leadership skills. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years. The couple must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
