As a Family Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission and contributing to the success of our school community.
What We Offer
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; life insurance; disability options; retirement savings; and relocation assistance. You will also enjoy a unique schedule with nine days on followed by three days off, allowing for personal time while students are at school. Additionally, you will receive a three-week paid summer vacation and can take advantage of paid training provided by the school.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you must have a valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans. You should also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. High school diploma or GED required, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
