Compensation Package:
- Total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple
- Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Relocation assistance and paid training provided
- Schedule of nine days on followed by three days off
- Three-week paid summer vacation
Responsibilities:
- Nurture and guide 8-12 students in an on-campus living environment
- Provide a family-like structure, including meals, budgeting, and daily devotions
- Administer medication and engage in students' daily lives
- Support students' educational experiences and enhance their overall well-being
Salary : $150,000
